2. This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no tracking and collects no personal data. It is a static site hosted by Netlify; Netlify may process technical access logs (IP address, user agent) in order to deliver the site.

3. Paper Empires Content Factory and YouTube API Services

Paper Empires Content Factory is a private, single-channel tool used solely by the operator named above to analyse the operator's own YouTube channel. The application uses YouTube API Services.

By using the application, the operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. What data the application accesses, and why

The application never requests permission to upload, modify or delete content, and it never accesses data belonging to any other YouTube channel or user.

5. Storage, retention and deletion

Data retrieved from the YouTube APIs is fetched at most once per day and stored in a private Supabase database controlled by the operator, hosted in the European Union. It is used exclusively to produce internal editorial reports. It is never sold, shared, transferred or used for advertising, and it is not used to train machine learning models.

Stored API data is deleted after 24 months at the latest, and immediately on request. The operator can revoke the application's access at any time via Google security settings; revoking access stops all further data retrieval, and the previously stored data is then deleted.

6. Third parties

No data obtained through YouTube API Services is disclosed to any third party. The application uses Supabase as a data processor for storage. No advertising networks, analytics trackers or data brokers are involved.

7. Your rights

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request information about, correction of, or deletion of personal data concerning you. Requests go to the contact address in section 1.
